DealWMe Terms of Service
Last updated: September 28, 2026
1. What is DealWMe
DealWMe is a platform that facilitates sponsored content bookings between brands and content creators, with an escrow payment system that protects both parties. DealWMe acts as a tech intermediary: it facilitates the agreement and payment, but the deal itself (what content is created and under what terms) is a direct agreement between the brand and the creator.
2. Accounts
You must be over 18 to use DealWMe. When you sign up as a creator, we verify your identity through official login on at least one connected social network to confirm that the profile you offer is truly yours. When signing up as a brand, your name and country are enough; we do not require any additional verification to book a one-off order.
3. Your public link
Upon registration, every creator receives a public link featuring their DealWMe code, the same identifier that appears on their orders (for example dealwme.com/nxcasyjy). That link is permanent and available on all plans, including the Free plan.
The Prime plan lets you customize this link with your own username, as long as it's available and complies with our naming guidelines (no reserved, offensive, or misleading handles). You can change your custom link once every 30 days.
When a custom link is replaced or deactivated, it redirects to the active link for 90 days; after that, it is released and can be claimed by someone else. If an account switches from Prime to Free, its link automatically reverts to the DealWMe code with the same temporary redirect.
Your custom link is a service feature, not a trademark grant. We may remove or reassign any link that violates third-party rights or these rules, notifying you by email whenever possible.
4. How escrow works
When a brand hires a package, the amount is securely held until the content is delivered and approved (or 72 hours pass without objection from the brand after delivery, at which point it is automatically released). If the deal requires the shipment of a physical product, the delivery period does not begin until the creator confirms receipt of the product. DealWMe never holds money outside of Stripe's payment infrastructure.
5. Fees and subscriptions
Brands never pay fees or charges to use DealWMe on any plan, forever. Creators choose between the Free plan (no monthly fee, 8% fee on each released deal) and the Prime plan (29,99€/month, or 24,99€/month billed annually, with 0% fee and all platform features). The Free plan fee is deducted from the creator's payout when the deal is released; brands are never charged extra.
6. Revenue share
A creator who invites another creator to DealWMe using their personal link receives 3 € for each Prime subscription payment made by the invited user, recurring as long as both accounts remain active. Each Revenue share payout is held for 30 days before it can be withdrawn; if the invited user's payment is refunded within that period, the corresponding share is canceled.
7. Disputes and refunds
If a brand is not satisfied with the delivered content, it can open a dispute before the auto-release period expires, instead of approving payment. A DealWMe administrator will review the case and decide whether the payment is released to the creator or refunded to the brand. If a deal requires product shipment and it does not arrive within 15 days, either party can open a dispute for that reason.
In addition to an internal dispute, the brand can dispute the charge directly with their card-issuing bank. When this happens, the payment provider notifies us and holds the disputed amount for the duration of the process: during this time, the balance associated with that order is locked, even if it had already been released. We will ask both parties for the evidence needed to respond to the dispute, and the final decision rests with the bank, not DealWMe. If the bank rules in the brand's favor, the amount is refunded and the creator does not receive it; if the funds were already withdrawn, they will remain as an outstanding balance to be settled with future orders.
8. Prohibited conduct
Not allowed: using DealWMe to agree on a deal and then completing it off-platform to bypass the protected payment system; manipulating or falsifying social media metrics; entering inaccurate, inflated, or outdated manual (self-reported) figures: data entered manually by a creator must match what their public profile displays when saved and be kept up to date, and DealWMe may verify it against public sources and, in the case of significant discrepancies, remove those figures, review the profile, or suspend the account; creating fake accounts to exploit the revenue share; posting content that is illegal, defamatory, or infringes on third-party rights.
9. Content ownership
The content a creator produces for a deal belongs to the terms of use agreed upon in the brief for that specific deal (e.g., exclusive use on the creator's profile, or transfer of rights to the brand); DealWMe claims no rights over the content produced.
10. Limitation of liability
DealWMe facilitates the agreement and payment between parties, but is not responsible for the quality of content produced by a creator or how a brand uses it, beyond managing the dispute process described in section 7.
11. Account closure
You can close your account at any time from your settings. Ongoing deals must be completed or resolved through a dispute before closing, and there cannot be any balance pending withdrawal.
Account closure has a 30-day grace period. During that time, the account is deactivated (your public page is hidden and you cannot place or receive orders), but logging back in cancels the deletion and restores everything. After 30 days, deletion is finalized and cannot be undone.
After deletion, only financial records of completed transactions (invoices, closed deals, and money transfers) are retained for 6 years, as required by tax and commercial law. Before requesting account deletion, you can download a full copy of your data from your settings.
12. Changes to these terms
If we make significant changes, we will notify you by email with reasonable advance notice before they come into effect.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute related to the use of the platform is subject to the courts of Alicante, Spain, unless applicable consumer protection regulations provide otherwise.
