DealWMe Privacy Policy

DealWMe is a service operated by Samavi Consultancy S.L. ("DealWMe", "we"), based in Alicante, Spain. For any questions regarding this policy or your personal data, you can contact us at privacidad@dealwme.app.

Account data: name, email, password (encrypted), account type (creator or brand), country.

Creator profile data: niche, city, bio, profile picture, banner, chosen customization theme, shipping address (only if you activate a deal that requires receiving a physical product, see section 5).

Connected social media data: when you connect TikTok or X via their official login system, we access your username, follower count, and public metrics from your recent posts (likes, comments, shares) needed to calculate your suggested rate and Creator's Value. We never read your private messages or post anything on your behalf. You can disconnect any platform at any time from your dashboard, which immediately deletes stored access tokens.

Payment data: card numbers never reach our servers: they are processed directly by Stripe, our payment provider. We only store the result of each operation (amount, date, status), never the card data itself.

Tax billing details: if you invoice brands, we store your full name or company name, registered business address, tax identification number, and applicable tax regime, as these are required details on an invoice.

Identity verification data for stablecoin payouts: this alternative channel is only available to creators whose country does not support bank payouts, and requires identity verification. In that case, we collect your full legal name, ID or passport type and number, country of tax residence, tax identification number when provided, and an image of the document. The file is saved in private storage accessible only to the team reviewing the application; reviews are manual. We also store the wallet address, network, and currency you confirm.

Usage data: the deals you manage, messages within each deal, reviews you leave or receive, support tickets, exit survey responses when you cancel, and basic technical data (IP address, device type) to maintain service security.

Images you upload: profile pictures, covers, and portfolio pieces undergo an automated content check before being published. When an image is rejected, we store the reason and the date of rejection, not the image.

Notifications and subscriptions: if you enable mobile notifications, we save the identifier generated by your browser to send them. If you subscribe to a creator's mailing list, we save your email address and subscription date.

DealWMe analytics data: DealWMe carga sus propios píxeles de Meta, Google Analytics y TikTok en todas las páginas del sitio, incluidas las áreas privadas, desde el primer momento de la visita. Esos proveedores reciben datos técnicos de la página visitada; no les enviamos tus datos personales, ni siquiera cifrados.

• Providing the service: creating your public page, processing payments and fund releases, and managing deals between creators and brands.
• Calculating your suggested rate and Creator's Value based on your actual metrics.
• Generate AI-assisted content (profile descriptions, rate explanations, reply suggestions, and help writing briefs, support requests, and disputes); these features use a third-party AI provider to process text; we never share your payment details or password with them.
• Automatically translate the UI and service copy into your selected language; translations are cached to avoid repeated work.
• Verifying the identity of creators paid via stablecoin and meeting the payment processor's anti-money laundering requirements.
• Issue and retain invoices, and handle payment disputes filed by a brand with their bank.
• Prevent fraud, moderate uploaded content, and enforce our Terms of Service.
• Contacting you about your deals, balance, and platform updates, including mobile notifications if enabled.

• Mostrar a un creador quién ha visitado su media kit (ver «Quién ha visto tu perfil» más abajo).

Si visitas el media kit de un creador con la sesión de DealWMe iniciada (como marca o como creador), ese creador puede ver que lo has visitado: el nombre de tu cuenta, si eres marca o creador, la fecha y en qué elementos has hecho clic. Las visitas sin sesión iniciada nunca se identifican y solo cuentan en las cifras anónimas. Tus visitas a tu propio perfil no se registran, y estos datos se borran a los 90 días.

Está activado por defecto. Puedes desactivarlo en cualquier momento en Ajustes, apartado «Visitas a perfiles», con el interruptor «Mostrar mi visita a las creadoras». Si lo desactivas, tus visitas dejan de identificarse (también las ya guardadas dejan de mostrarse) y, a cambio, tampoco podrás ver quién visita tu perfil. También puedes navegar sin iniciar sesión.

We process your data because it is necessary to deliver the service you signed up for (contract execution), because you give us explicit consent when connecting a social network, or because we have a legitimate interest in preventing fraud and keeping the platform secure.

• Stripe, to process payments and transfers, and to handle payment disputes filed by a brand with its bank; we never sell or share your data with anyone else for advertising purposes.
• The brand in a specific deal, if that deal requires shipping a physical product: in that case, and only while that deal is active, we share your shipping address solely with that brand.
• TikTok and X, only in the sense that we read your own public data with your authorization; we do not send them any of your data back.
• Meta, Google Analytics y TikTok, a través de los píxeles de medición de DealWMe, que se cargan en todas las páginas del sitio para medir visitas y la eficacia de nuestras campañas. Los creadores no pueden añadir píxeles propios a su media kit.
• An artificial intelligence provider, for assisted text generation features, using only the minimum data required for that purpose.
• An automated translation service, which receives interface text and public content that needs translating, never your payment details or ID documents.
• The licensed stablecoin payment processor and the associated identity verification service, only if you enable this payout method: they receive the data needed to verify you and process the transfer. DealWMe does not custody cryptocurrency or private keys.
• Our email provider, to send transactional notifications and, if you subscribe, updates from a creator.
• Your browser's notification service, if you enable mobile notifications: it receives the notification to be delivered, not your history.
• Our infrastructure and database provider, which hosts the platform and private document storage, within the European Economic Area.
• We never sell your data to third parties for marketing purposes.

While your account is active, and up to 6 years after closure for financial documentation (invoices, completed deals, and transactions), as required by tax and commercial regulations. The rest of your data (profile, public page, portfolio, messages, social metrics) is deleted or anonymized during the deletion process, not kept for those 6 years.

Identity documents provided for stablecoin payout verification are kept only as long as needed to verify your identity and comply with anti-money laundering regulations, and are deleted from private storage once you close your account.

For each deletion performed, we keep a minimal internal record (date, internal identifier, and result) to prove that the deletion was completed. This record contains no personal data.

You have the right to access your data, correct it, request its deletion, request a portable copy, and object to certain uses. You can exercise these rights by emailing privacidad@dealwme.app. You also have the right to file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency ( aepd.es).

Copy of your data: from your settings you can generate a full data download in JSON and CSV format. The link is temporary and expires after a few days; you can generate a new copy whenever you want. We recommend doing this before requesting account closure.

Account deletion with grace period: when you request to close your account, it is immediately deactivated (your public page is no longer accessible and you cannot receive or place orders), but permanent deletion does not occur until 30 days have passed. If you log back in within that window, the cancellation is voided and your account is reactivated. After 30 days, deletion is irreversible.

We cannot delete your account while you have ongoing orders or a pending withdrawal balance: you must complete those orders and withdraw your balance first.

DealWMe is intended for individuals aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

Access tokens for your connected social accounts are stored encrypted. ID documents are kept in a private, non-public vault and are only reviewed by the verification team. Access to payment data is kept to the absolute minimum and processed by Stripe, a PCI DSS certified provider.

If we make significant changes, we will notify you by email before they take effect.
